AI dealership CRM

An AI dealership CRM that starts with your inventory

AutoLens is a focused AI dealership CRM for independent car and powersports dealers. It puts your inventory on Facebook Marketplace, answers the leads that text in with an AI Responder, and tracks every deal through a nine-stage pipeline with tasks and role-based dashboards.

It is text-message first and deliberately smaller than the big dealer CRMs, with prices in Canadian dollars on the pricing page.

What’s in it

The parts of a CRM a dealership actually uses.

AI Responder for text leads

Every buyer who texts your number gets an answer from your live inventory, an offer of appointment times, and a booked visit. See the AI Responder.

A nine-stage sales pipeline

New lead to delivered, on a drag-and-drop board. The AI moves leads forward when they qualify or book a visit. See the sales pipeline.

Tasks that come from conversations

When the AI hands a conversation to a person, it creates a task for them, and due-date-sorted tasks sit on each salesperson’s dashboard.

Dashboards by role

Owners, managers, salespeople and BDC each see the numbers that matter to them, from gross profit to their own follow-ups. See dashboards.

Leads shared out fairly

Turn on round-robin rotation and new leads on the dealership number are handed to salespeople in turn. A rep’s own number always routes to that rep.

Inventory the whole CRM reads

Vehicles captured from your website feed the Marketplace listings, the AI’s inventory answers and the pipeline. See Facebook Marketplace for dealers.

Where the AI is

What “AI” means in AutoLens.

The AI isn’t a chat window bolted onto a contact list. It does specific jobs: it searches your inventory to answer “is it still available?” and suggests alternatives, proposes appointment times inside your hours, books the visit, records what it learned about the buyer, scores and tags the lead, and moves it along the pipeline.

It also knows when to stop. When a buyer negotiates, asks for a person, wants to apply for credit or sounds frustrated, the AI pauses and hands the conversation to your team with a task. Anyone can switch the AI off for a conversation, or for a lead entirely.

The same AI writes your vehicle descriptions, from each vehicle’s own specs.

Compliance

Text messaging with the rules built in.

One gate for every text

AI and human replies pass the same checks: the opt-out list, consent status, and quiet hours in the recipient’s own time zone.

Opt-outs in plain language

STOP, ARRÊT and plain phrases like “stop texting me” add the number to the dealership’s suppression list straight away.

A record of every send

Each outbound message records why it was allowed to go out, and the audit log tracks changes. See CASL tools.

Straight answers

What it doesn’t do.

A smaller CRM on purpose. Here’s what it leaves out.

  • Email, web chat or phone calls

AutoLens is text-message only. Email, website chat and call tracking are not part of the product.

  • Desking, F&I or deal jackets

It isn’t a DMS. Keep your DMS for deals, titles and finance paperwork.

  • Credit applications

The AI invites finance questions in for a visit; it doesn’t take applications or quote rates.

  • A mobile app yet

The iOS and Android app is in development. See what’s planned.

FAQ

Questions dealers ask.

Is AutoLens a full dealership CRM?
It covers leads, a sales pipeline, tasks, dashboards and an AI Responder for text messages, plus Marketplace listings. It doesn’t cover email, desking, F&I or service.
Which channels does the AI answer?
Text messages (SMS). Buyers who see your Marketplace listing text the number on it, and the AI Responder answers.
Can a salesperson take over from the AI?
Yes. Replying yourself pauses the AI on that conversation, and it resumes if nobody follows up. There is also a per-lead switch to turn it off for good.
Will the AI quote prices, payments or trade values?
It answers from your listed price and inventory. It won’t invent discounts, payments, rates, approval odds or trade values, and it invites those conversations in for a visit with your team.
Is it built for Canadian dealers?
Yes. AutoLens is built in Canada, prices are in CAD, and the text-messaging gate is designed around Canada’s anti-spam rules, including French opt-out keywords.
