The AI moves leads forward
When a buyer answers qualifying questions or books a visit over text, the card moves up to Contacted, Qualified, or Appointment scheduled. The AI only moves leads forward, never back.

The AutoLens pipeline is a nine-stage board that tracks each lead from first text to delivery. The AI moves a lead forward when it qualifies them or books a visit, and reps move the rest. Managers get notified as deals advance without having to ask.
The same nine stages for every dealership, so the reports compare like with like.
A buyer texted in, or a rep added them.
Someone, AI or rep, has replied.
Timeline, vehicle, and budget are known.
A visit is booked, often by the AI.
They showed up.
Or test ride, for powersports dealers.
Numbers are on the table.
Deal done, paperwork pending.

Owners and managers work the board directly: drag a card to a new stage and the change is saved. Each card shows the vehicle, the assigned rep, and when it was last touched. Cards that have gone quiet are flagged.
A salesperson moves their leads from the lead record. Only managers can reassign a lead, so nobody can pull a colleague’s customer into their own queue.
New leads on the shared dealership number go to salespeople in turn. Take a rep out of rotation for a day off. Customers who come back stay with the rep who already knows them.
Owners and managers get notified when a rep posts to Marketplace, moves a deal, makes a sale, or picks up a new lead. Activity is grouped per rep so the bell doesn’t flood.
A booked visit or a handoff from the AI creates a task for the assigned rep. Add your own too. Each rep sees theirs sorted by due date on their dashboard.
Worth knowing before you decide, not after.
If a teammate moves a card, you won’t see it until you refresh. The inbox and inventory pages update live; the pipeline board doesn’t yet.
The nine stages are fixed. You can’t rename, add, or remove them yet.
Moving a card doesn’t trigger its own workflows. Tasks come from the AI and from your team.
AutoLens isn’t a DMS. Deal structuring, F&I, and title work stay in the tools you use today.
Because the AI moves leads forward as it talks to them, the board reflects reality without a Friday cleanup. Included in Starter, free for 7 days.
