AutoLens CRM → Dashboards

One CRM, four views of the truth.

AutoLens dashboards are role-based home screens for your team. Switch roles and the dashboard changes with it. Owners, managers, reps and BDC each see what they act on, set by the seat they already have. Nothing to configure.

Four roles

Everyone sees the numbers they’re accountable for.

Your seat decides your view. Nothing to configure: invite someone as a salesperson and they land on a salesperson dashboard.

Owner

Gross profit and units sold this month, won and lost deals, a leaderboard of reps by close rate and speed-to-lead, and which lead sources are producing.

Manager

The whole store: leads by pipeline stage, average speed-to-lead, inventory by status, and stock sorted into days-in-stock buckets so aging units stand out.

Salesperson

Only their own book: their pipeline by stage, tasks due today, upcoming tasks by due date, their close rate, and how fast they respond.

BDC

The unassigned lead queue, oldest first, with how long each has waited, SLA breaches, average first-response time, and where the queue is coming from.

Past the home screen

Reports built from your whole book.

Reports and analytics

Charts of inventory captured and posted by month, your vehicle mix, and where inventory came from, calculated across your whole book rather than one page of it.

Marketplace results

Posts that Facebook confirmed as live are counted separately from attempts. Seller insights (listing clicks, saves, shares, followers) show with the time they were last synced.

Usage you can see coming

Monthly SMS and AI usage meters on the billing page, plus a banner at 80% and 100% so nobody is surprised mid-month.

Straight answers

What it doesn’t do.

Worth knowing before you decide, not after.

  • Live-updating charts

Dashboards load fresh when you open them, but don’t update while you watch. The inbox and inventory pages do.

  • Custom dashboards

Each role gets a fixed layout. You can’t build your own widgets.

  • Per-listing Facebook stats

Facebook publishes seller insights for the whole account over the last 7 days, not per listing. We show what it gives us, labelled with when we last read it.

  • Facebook ad performance

Paid-ad reporting needs Meta catalog ads, which aren’t part of the product yet.

Role dashboards and reports are included in Starter. Invite your team and each person gets their own view.
