An export link, a Google Sheets link (shared or published to the web), or a file on an FTP, FTPS or SFTP server. Point at a file pattern and AutoLens reads the newest match.
Integrations
An AutoLens integration is a connection that brings your inventory in from where it already lives. Connect the feed you already have, whether it comes from your DMS, your website provider, an FTP server or a spreadsheet. AutoLens then keeps your inventory current every hour. You can also capture vehicles from your own website with the Chrome extension or add them by hand.
Every source lands in one inventory that feeds your Facebook Marketplace listings and the AI Responder.
| Source | How it works | Set-up | When it updates |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inventory feed | A file your DMS, website provider or team already produces is read on a schedule. New units are added, prices are picked up, and sold units are marked sold. | Self-serve in Settings | Every hour, or on demand |
| Website capture | The Chrome extension reads a vehicle page on your own website: specs, price and every photo. | Self-serve: install and sign in | When you scan a vehicle |
| Manual entry | A full add and edit form in the dashboard, with photos in order and optional payment details. | Self-serve | When you save |
Owners and managers connect a feed in Settings → Inventory feed. Not sure your provider’s file will work? Check it there before saving, or send us a sample.
An export link, a Google Sheets link (shared or published to the web), or a file on an FTP, FTPS or SFTP server. Point at a file pattern and AutoLens reads the newest match.
CSV, tab- or pipe-separated text, Excel, XML or JSON, including zipped or gzipped files. The format is detected from the file itself, so you don’t have to pick it.
Press Check feed and AutoLens shows what it found: the format, the first rows, and how many vehicles would be imported, held or marked sold if you saved now.
AutoLens suggests which column is the price, the VIN, the stock number and so on. You check the match before the first import, and a unique ID per vehicle is required, so units can’t blur together.
You decide how each status in your feed is treated. Sold and deleted units are marked sold; in-transit, on-order and on-hold units are imported but kept off Marketplace until they’re ready.
Kilometres, miles and engine hours are kept apart, so a boat’s hours are never listed as mileage and a US-priced unit is held rather than posted at the wrong price.
When a feed syncs, AutoLens matches each unit to the one it already has (by the feed’s own ID, the vehicle page, the VIN or the stock number), so vehicles you captured earlier are updated in place rather than duplicated.
A feed never overwrites the things your team owns: a vehicle’s status, whether it’s been posted to Marketplace, and its description. If the feed comes back half-empty, or a single sync would mark more than half of your inventory sold, AutoLens pauses removals instead of taking your lot down over a bad file.
If your provider changes the columns, the sync stops and asks you to confirm the new layout rather than guessing. The last sync, its counts and any problem are shown in Settings, in plain language.
Feed links, passwords and SSH keys are stored encrypted and never shown again after you save them. Feed inventory is shared by everyone on your plan, and changes appear on open dashboards without a refresh. See Marketplace listings.
Twilio sends and receives the AI Responder’s texts on a Canadian number, with optional numbers for individual salespeople.
Listings are prepared in each salesperson’s own browser and Facebook account through the AutoLens extension. There is no Facebook app or catalog to connect.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, and owners manage their subscription from Settings.
Built or planned, but not something to buy AutoLens for today.
Worth knowing before you decide, not after.
Facebook Marketplace is the only marketplace AutoLens lists on.
Feeds are read-only. AutoLens never changes your DMS or your feed.
AutoLens pulls the file from a link or server. Providers that can only push a file somewhere aren’t supported yet.
Leads come in by text message. Email and ADF lead ingestion are not part of the product.
Paste a link or your server details, check what comes through, and your inventory keeps itself current from then on.
