How does AutoLens handle CASL compliance?
AutoLens logs express and implied consent at the point of capture, timestamps every opt-in, and automatically appends a compliant unsubscribe mechanism to every outbound commercial SMS. Consent records are retained and exportable for audit. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent; AutoLens provides the tooling to capture and honour it correctly.
Where is my data stored?
AutoLens currently runs on Railway's US-East region. We are an Alberta company and a Canadian database region is on our roadmap; until it lands, US hosting is disclosed here and in your data processing agreement. Your consent logs, conversation history, and audit records are exportable and deletable on request, which supports your obligations under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
Does AutoLens support Quebec French (Law 25 / Bill 96)?
Yes — Starter and Enterprise include pre-built communication templates in Quebec French. Set a contact’s preferred language and the platform routes them to French templates automatically. The Law 25 data-subject request workflow (access / correction / deletion within the legislated 30-day window) is included.
Where do my leads come from?
From the Facebook Marketplace listings you post with the AutoLens extension — your number rides in every description, so buyers text you directly and the AI Responder replies in seconds. Website-form leads can also be piped in via an HMAC-signed webhook, then worked over SMS.
We use Owini or VinSolutions today. How hard is it to switch?
White-glove migration is included on Enterprise: we export your contacts, deal history, and consent records from Owini, DriveCentric, VinSolutions, or a spreadsheet, then map and import everything into AutoLens. Most migrations complete within two business days — talk to us on the Enterprise tier.
Month-to-month or annual?
All plans are month-to-month today. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. No cancellation fees. Annual billing is on the roadmap — if your team needs it now, ping us on the Enterprise tier.
Free trial?
Starter includes a 7-day free trial with full feature access. A credit card is required to start it; cancel anytime before day 7 and you will not be charged. Extension is billed from day one — no trial, but cancel any time.
What is the difference between Starter and Enterprise?
Same product, every feature. Enterprise is for dealer groups that need a contract conversation — multiple rooftops, negotiated SMS volume, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and white-glove migration included. If you can sign up on a credit card today, you want Starter.
Is there a limit on Facebook Marketplace posting?
Posting is capped at 10 listings per day, with a 1-minute gap between each. This is a Facebook account-safety limit, not a plan restriction — it applies on every tier to keep your Facebook account from being flagged for spam. There is no monthly cap. The counter resets at midnight your local time, and a same-day re-post of a listing you already posted today doesn’t count again.
