How does AutoLens handle CASL compliance?
AutoLens logs express and implied consent at the point of capture, timestamps every opt-in, and automatically appends a compliant unsubscribe mechanism to every outbound commercial message — email and SMS. Consent records are retained and exportable for audit. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent; AutoLens provides the tooling to capture and honour it correctly.
Where is my data stored?
AutoLens currently runs on Railway's US-East region. We are an Alberta company and a Canadian database region is on our roadmap; until it lands, US hosting is disclosed here and in your data processing agreement. Your consent logs, conversation history, and audit records are exportable and deletable on request, which supports your obligations under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
Does AutoLens support Quebec French (Law 25 / Bill 96)?
Yes — Starter and Enterprise include pre-built communication templates in Quebec French. Set a contact’s preferred language and the platform routes them to French templates automatically. The Law 25 data-subject request workflow (access / correction / deletion within the legislated 30-day window) is included.
Can AutoLens receive leads from AutoTrader and Cars.com?
Yes. Starter and Enterprise include ADF email parsing for AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, TrueCar, and Edmunds. Leads are parsed, deduplicated, and routed into the unified inbox and pipeline automatically. No manual copy-paste required.
We use Owini or VinSolutions today. How hard is it to switch?
The white-glove migration add-on ($349 one-time, included on Enterprise) covers export of contacts, deal history, and consent records, then maps and imports everything into AutoLens. Most migrations complete within two business days.
Month-to-month or annual?
All plans are month-to-month today. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. No cancellation fees. Annual billing is on the roadmap — if your team needs it now, ping us on the Enterprise tier.
Free trial?
Starter includes a 7-day free trial with full feature access. A credit card is required to start it; cancel anytime before day 7 and you will not be charged. Extension is $79 from day one — no trial, but cancel any time.
What is the difference between Starter and Enterprise?
Same product, every feature. Enterprise is for dealer groups that need a contract conversation — multiple rooftops, negotiated SMS volume, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and white-glove migration included. If you can sign up on a credit card today, you want Starter.
What happens if I hit the 300-post cap on Extension?
You can buy a top-up bundle ($15 per 100 posts) for the rest of the month, or upgrade to Starter for unlimited posting. Posts only count when a listing is actually published to Facebook — a same-month re-post of the same listing doesn’t count again.
