One inventory for every seat
Everyone on your plan sees the same inventory, whoever captured the vehicle. When a teammate edits or posts a unit, your screen updates without a refresh.
The AutoLens listings screen is one shared inventory for your whole team. Each vehicle shows whether Facebook can take it yet (photos, price, mileage, description). Each rep posts from their own Facebook account. The Posted screen shows who put which unit up and when it needs renewing.
Every vehicle is checked against what a Marketplace vehicle listing needs, every time it changes. No more finding out from a rejected post.
Everything Facebook needs is there. The Post button is live.
Something is missing, and the badge says exactly what.
You’ve deliberately kept it off Marketplace for now.

Type a stock number, VIN, make, trim, or colour. Search covers your whole inventory, not just the page on screen, and each word you add narrows the results.
Cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, boats. The filter only offers types you actually stock, with a count beside each.
Not everything is on your website yet. The add/edit form takes photos in order, specs, and optional financing details for display. It runs the same readiness check as captured vehicles.
Two reps can post the same unit to their own Facebook accounts. Each post is tracked separately, and so is each rep’s daily limit.
Your owner or manager decides. With auto-publish on, the extension fills in the Facebook form and publishes. In review mode it fills everything in and stops, so a person checks it before it goes live.
A safety limit that keeps your Facebook accounts from being flagged, on every plan. Each rep gets their own 10, so a three-person team can post 30 a day.
A contact number is added to every description automatically: the rep’s own number, or the dealership number that routes texts to the AI Responder.
Add a line like a financing promo to every listing. It’s added word for word above the contact number and never rewritten by the AI.
Every unit anyone on your plan has posted, in one place. Each card shows who posted it and whether it’s still live or due for renewal.
A post only counts as live once Facebook returns a real listing link. Attempts that were never confirmed are reported as attempts, so your numbers match what’s actually on Marketplace.
How vehicles get into AutoLens in the first placeWorth knowing before you decide, not after.
Publishing runs in the Chrome or Edge extension, in your own Facebook session. Nothing posts while the laptop is closed.
Sold units stop being re-posted, but taking a live Facebook listing down is still a manual step.
Facebook Marketplace only. AutoTrader, Kijiji, and others aren’t supported.
The 10-a-day limit protects the Facebook account doing the posting, so it can’t be bought up on any plan.
The Extension plan covers capture, the inventory dashboard, and posting. Add the AI Responder and pipeline with Starter whenever you’re ready.
